In addition to our numerous activities and sports facilities, the Stubai Valley offers you a variety of excursion destinations, alpine festivals, processions and concerts as well as many other exciting activities.
Adventure trails, nature trails and viewing platforms
The nearby Schlick 2000 mountain railway in Fulpmes takes you to adventure trails and nature trails that make hiking a special pleasure. Enjoy a unique view from the viewing platform "Stubaiblick".
From the Stubai Glacier you can reach the summit platform "Top of Tyrol" at an altitude of 3,210 m by cable car. From the middle station and also in the Fernau climbing park, climbing enthusiasts will get their money's worth. At the top you have a breathtaking view all the way to the to the Dolomites.
The Elfer Bergbahn in Neustift takes you to the largest walk-in sundial in the Alpine region. This is an excellent starting point for paragliding and hang-gliding.
Adventurepark
The adventure park in Fulpmes offers thrills. Tyrol's largest high ropes course offers various challenges for young and old – float on skis meters above the ground or swing over a net from tree to tree. The little ones have their own playground and those who want to satisfy their thirst for knowledge can learn more about the local animals, flora and fauna on nature trails.
Summer toboggan run and cross routes
If you like it fast, you'll love the 2.8 km long summer toboggan run and the attractive mountain bike routes. The 720 km long bike trails offer different levels of difficulty, such as the 9 km long, easy round tour from Krößbach to Bichlhof, the medium "Kreuzweg" in the Serles area, or the trail "Bikeklettern Wildeben" for extreme athletes.
City tour to Innsbruck
The nearby city of Innsbruck offers the opportunity for a cultural and shopping trip. You can reach Tyrol's capital in just 20 minutes by car and see cultural treasures such as the city's landmark, the "Golden Roof", the Imperial palace or the "Black Mander" in the royal church. Gain new insights into the history of Austria on a museum tour or reward yourself with an extensive shopping experience.
Make the journey an experience and take the comfortable Stubai Valley Railway from Fulpmes, which takes you on a 50-minute ride through the charming nature of Tyrol and the suburbs of Innsbruck to the city centre and the main railway station.
